At the moment, things can seem quite scary and different - it is completely OK to feel like that! Sometimes when we feel like this, it can be hard to think about what we can do to be happy and what we have in our lives that makes us feel happy.
For today's mindfulness activity, I want you to have a look at the things that make me happy activity and think about what really makes you happy - if it is spending time with your family, do that more often!
If it is baking a cake - ask an adult if you can do that today!
If it is playing your Nintendo Switch - ask a guardian if you could do that today during your breaks or after school work!
For me - I like playing Mario Kart on my Nintendo Switch or walking my dog!
