Good morning Year 1,
I hope you have enjoyed your weekend with your family! We have had a change in weather recently but this will be very helpful for all our plants and crops 
Today we are going to be reading a different Julia Donaldson story 'The Singing Mermaid'. Click below to listen to the story. Can you write a character description about the mermaid? You could think about:
- What does she look like?
- What skills does she have?
- What do you know about her personality from the story?
For our maths lesson today we are going to be looking at how to make arrays by making equal groups.

This term in school we would be reviewing our topic ‘Seasonal changes’. Today I would like you to think about the changes we are starting to see as we move from spring to summer. Can you go on a walk and draw some changes you have noticed?
In the summer we have lots more wildlife including bees! Follow the link attached to take part in ‘Enzo the Bee’ cosmic yoga!
