Have a go at the activities below.

 

For the first activity, I would like you to think about how you can be kind to yourself - it might be that you get enough sleep, you make good choices and you choose to laugh a lot - whatever it is, write it onto the hearts and think about how you might start to do these things more!

 

After that, have a go at colouring in some pictures for our key workers to thank them!
