Each day, you have a quote to inspire you and different tasks like writing out your goals, talking about your dreams and things you can be grateful for.

 

In the documents below, start with Monday (even though today is Tuesday) and fill in your journal everyday before you start your work! Does it make a difference to how hard you work?
