Today's activity is all about your worries about the world we are living in at the moment.

 

It is a difficult thing for us to adjust to and we will all have some worries and concerns about it.

 

For the activity today, I want you to write down all your worries on the worksheet attached (in little speech bubbles) and THEN how you can make yourself feel better and cope with these worries.

 

Worries are completely normal but you have to find ways to cope with these worries to help you get through the thunderstorm and into the sunshine!
