Today's activity helps you to describe your worries about the uncertain world we are living in at the moment.

 

I can imagine lots of you are feeling anxious and have a lot of changes to your routines. 

 

For the activity today, I want you to write down all your worries on the worksheet attached (in little speech bubbles) and then write how you can make yourself feel better and cope with these worries.

 

Worries are completely normal yet you have to find ways to manage these worries in order to help you get through the thunderstorm and into the sunshine!
