On Friday 13th May, the whole school attended the Year 4 Junior Achievement Award ceremony with a very special guest - Steve the Clown!
The Junior Achievement Award is a peer education approach to recognising children's achievements and is designed to encourage them to take a more active role in activities that interest them. Year 4 have been so lucky to participate in various activities throughout the year including; Samba Drumming, Bushcraft, Fencing, Horse-riding and they have have a wonderful time.
In the new school year, the programme will begin again, and more than one year group will be participating. This course is a wonderful opportunity for our children, which could potentially provide them with new interests.
